Services Provided
Modern Digital Technologies (MDTECH) offers a range of specialized technical services. The scope, requirements, timeline, and cost of each service are specified in a separate quote or contract for each project.
Software and Website Development: Software and websites are developed based on the specific requirements of the Client. Any modifications or additions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
Hosting and Maintenance: We provide website and application hosting services and regular maintenance services to ensure their efficient and secure operation.
These services are subject to special terms and conditions outlined in the service packages.
Technical Consulting: We provide consulting to help companies improve their technical infrastructure and make strategic decisions.
Customer Obligations
Information Submission: The customer is obligated to provide all necessary information and materials (such as content, images, and access data) in a timely manner to enable the company to implement the project.
Review and Approval: The customer is obligated to review the deliverables provided by the company and provide feedback or approval within the agreed timeframe.
Legal Use: The customer agrees to use our services and products for legal purposes only and to refrain from using them for any activity that violates applicable laws.
Prices and Payment
Service prices are determined based on the quote submitted and approved by the customer.
The customer must adhere to the agreed payment schedule (for example, an advance payment, interim payments, and a final payment).
The company reserves the right to suspend work or withhold delivery of the final project if the client fails to make the required payments.
All prices quoted do not include any government taxes unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights to materials and software developed by the company prior to the start of the project remain with the company.
After full payment for the project, ownership of the final product (the source code for the application or website) is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The company reserves the right to display the completed project as part of its portfolio unless the client requests complete confidentiality under a written agreement.
Confidentiality
The company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and data it accesses during the project implementation period and pledges not to disclose it to any third party without the client's prior consent, except as required by law.
Warranty and Technical Support
We guarantee that the software and websites we develop will be free of bugs for a specified period (e.g., 90 days) from the final delivery date. The warranty includes free repair of any errors that occur during this period.
The warranty does not cover any problems resulting from misuse, modifications to the software code by the customer or a third party, or problems with servers not operated by the company.
The customer may subscribe to annual maintenance and technical support contracts to receive ongoing updates and assistance after the warranty period expires.
Limitation of Liability
The company makes every effort to provide high-quality services, but does not guarantee that the services will be completely free of interruptions or errors.
The company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages (including loss of profits or data) resulting from the use of or inability to use our services.
The company's maximum liability to the customer is, in all cases, limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the service in dispute.
Modification of Terms
Modern Digital Technologies (MDTECH) reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes by posting them on this page or by email.
Your continued use of the services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the contract if the other party breaches its material obligations and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable period of time following receipt of written notice.
The Company reserves the right to terminate any user's account or suspend their access to the Services if they violate the Code of Conduct or use the Services illegally.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Company's principal office is located (e.g., the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall endeavor to resolve it amicably.
